Hair samples: Expect a longer processing time during the holiday season.

Blood samples:
Last recommended return date: 19th December.
Please avoid sending blood samples between 19th December – 2nd January, as they may be affected by postal delays or closures.

If you’re planning to order before Christmas, please place your order before:

1PM - Friday 19th December

We’ll continue to dispatch orders on all open business days, but anything placed after this deadline will follow Royal Mail’s delivery schedule.
