It was super easy to send in my hair and I got the results quicker than I was told. This test confirmed a lot for me. I was already gluten and dairy free but I am having other issues that the doctors weren't listening to me about. Some foods started causing me hives but I knew I wasn't all of a sudden out of the blue intolerant too. This test proved it to me! I also appreciate all the information regarding the results!

Bought my whole family a test for Christmas! I bought one for myself first and was happy with the whole process, I then got one for my boyfriend and that came through this week, that also was a super smooth process and results came back earlier than expected! We’re both very happy with the service provided, the convenience and importance of information given will now also benefit our lives as we now know what’s best to try and avoid or improve in our bodies. I’m so happy that I just had to get some for my family too for Christmas as keeping myself and my loved ones happy and healthy is really important to me so this I think is a great foundation for that, and at such a convenience and cheap price especially as it’s so difficult to get doctors appointments these days and the cost of living crisis its hard to afford such access to health knowledge so I am more then happy with what check my body health provides.

Excellent and quick service with a detailed list of everything from low risk to high risk foods and other things. Yes seems very good and will use it alongside my new diet. Very amazed at how everything one likes to consume is actually risky and the things that one is not so keen to consume is less risky so have learned the importance of a varied diet to prevent this and stopping certain foods for a time then reintroducing can be a hopeful solution to that problem.

I was amazed how accurate my results were matching a previous other independent test . It also confirmed my bee and wasp allergy. Hopefully by removing the further unknown products will improve my health.

The test was so thorough, and I've lost some weight by not eating what I mean tolerating the lightest I've been in my life , still have a bad tummy, but I think that's due to the menopause but yes feeling a lot better and my skin is better too
