Tailored recommendations for your long-term health

This programme is designed for people who know something isn’t quite right, but haven’t been able to join the dots yet.

It’s a strong fit if you:
• Feel bloated, inflamed, or uncomfortable after eating
• Experience fatigue, headaches, brain fog, skin flares, or digestive issues
• Have tried removing foods but never felt confident about what actually helped
• Want expert guidance without extreme rules or restriction
• Are looking for clear answers and long-term freedom with food

Most people aren’t reacting to everything.
They’re reacting to specific foods, eaten repeatedly, without realising it.

Why symptoms are so hard to figure out - and why support matters

Food-related symptoms are rarely straightforward.

Reactions are often delayed, appearing hours or even days later. They don’t happen every single time, and they rarely point to one obvious cause. This makes it incredibly difficult to join the dots in everyday life.

Many people try removing foods on their own, but without structure:
• Changes create more confusion, not clarity
• Subtle patterns are easy to miss
• Over-restriction leads to anxiety, low energy, and frustration

Without guidance, it’s almost impossible to know what’s actually driving symptoms — or whether what you’re doing is helping at all.

This programme provides a clear framework, professional insight, and real-life support, so you stop guessing and start understanding how your body responds.

What’s included

Everything you need to move from confusion to clarity with expert support built in.

This programme combines 1:1 nutritional therapy with a clear framework, practical tools, and guidance at every key stage — so you always know what to do next.

    • You’ll be supported through three one-to-one consultations at key stages of the programme. These sessions give you space to talk things through, ask questions, review progress, and adjust your plan based on how your body responds — so you’re never left guessing.

    • Your elimination plan is tailored to your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals - not a generic list of foods to cut out. The focus is on removing what’s most relevant for you, while keeping things as flexible and manageable as possible.

    • You’ll use simple trackers to record what you eat and how you feel, including digestion, energy, skin, mood, and sleep. These help turn everyday experiences into clear patterns your nutritionist can interpret and guide you on.

    • In your final consultation, everything comes together. You’ll leave with a clear long-term strategy based on your personal responses - including foods to enjoy freely, foods to approach with care and guidance on how to adapt over time without feeling restricted.

    • Gentle prompts and checklists help you stay consistent and grounded throughout the programme. These are designed to support reflection and awareness - not perfection and make the process feel structured without being overwhelming.

    • You’ll receive easy meal ideas and recipes to help you feel confident about what to eat during each phase. These are practical, everyday options designed to support your plan without requiring complicated cooking or rigid rules.

    • Reintroductions are done slowly and systematically, with clear guidance on timing, portion sizes, and what to look out for. This helps you understand true triggers versus tolerated foods, without fear or rushing the process.

Your 8-week guided journey

Week 1 - Initial consultation

We take time to understand the full picture — your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and what you’ve already tried.

During this session, we’ll identify which areas are most relevant for you and map out a personalised elimination plan, along with clear, manageable next steps so you know exactly what to focus on first.

Weeks 2–3 - Elimination phase

This phase is about creating space for your body to settle.

You’ll follow your tailored elimination plan, using the workbook and trackers to notice patterns in symptoms, digestion, energy, skin, mood, and sleep. The aim isn’t perfection — it’s consistent observation, so we can gather meaningful information about how your body responds.

You’ll be supported with guidance, meal ideas, and structure throughout.

Week 4 - Midpoint consultation

We review how things have been going so far and make sense of what you’ve noticed.

Together, we’ll look at improvements, ongoing symptoms, and any fluctuations. From here, we’ll decide whether it’s the right time to begin reintroductions or whether you’d benefit from a little longer in the elimination phase.

Your plan is adjusted to reflect what your body is telling us.

Weeks 5–7 - Reintroduction phase

This is where clarity really starts to build.

You’ll begin reintroducing foods one at a time, in a structured and supported way. We’ll guide you on what to reintroduce, how to pace it, and what reactions to look out for - including delayed or non-digestive symptoms.

The focus is understanding, not restriction or fear.

Week 8 - Final consultation

We bring everything together and look at the bigger picture.

In this final session, we’ll review your reintroductions and create a long-term, flexible plan based on your personal responses - including foods to enjoy freely, foods to approach with care, and areas to revisit if needed.

You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a strategy that fits real life.
