Do you suspect that food or environmental factors are behind your symptoms? Whether it’s digestive discomfort, skin irritations, breathing issues, or unexplained reactions, it can be challenging to pinpoint the cause. Our Food & Environmental Allergy Test is designed to provide clarity by analysing your reactions to an extensive range of 117 allergens across both food and environmental categories.

This test stands apart by offering a comprehensive look at potential triggers, including common culprits like pollens, molds, pets, seafood, nuts, grains, and more. It’s ideal for anyone who:

  • Experiences ongoing symptoms without a clear cause, such as bloating, rashes, sneezing, fatigue, headaches, itchy eyes, or congestion.
  • Wants to explore if both food and environmental allergens could be contributing to their discomfort.
  • Seeks a more detailed understanding of their body’s immune response to allergens.

With this test, you’ll gain the insights you need to take meaningful action and start feeling like yourself again.

What's tested

Our Food & Environmental Allergy Test uses Immunoglobulin E (IgE) testing to measure your body’s immune response to specific allergens. IgE is a type of antibody associated with allergic reactions. By analysing the levels of allergen-specific IgE in your blood, this test identifies how your immune system reacts to 117 different items.

Reactivity is measured by analysing the levels of allergen-specific IgE antibodies in your blood, presented as quantitative measurements in IU/mL. Each allergen is assigned a reactivity marker, ranging from Class 0 (No Reactivity) to Class 6 (Severe Reactivity). The results are also colour-coded, making it simple to identify high-priority allergens and understand your body’s immune response at a glance.
