FAQ

Our FAQs for Body Intolerance Test

We only need a small sample — around 4 to 5 strands of hair, at least 4cm long. That’s about the thickness of a pencil lead, so you won’t notice a difference. The hair can come from your head or, if needed, another area of the body. Coloured or treated hair is fine.

Bioresonance intolerance tests are safe for children of any age, since only a small hair sample is required and the process is completely non-invasive.

No, our sensitivity tests are designed to be simple and non-invasive. Hair sample tests only require a few strands of hair, which can be gently plucked or trimmed close to the root. There’s no discomfort involved, and no needles or blood are required.

Yes, you can take a bioresonance intolerance test during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The test is completely non-invasive and only requires a small hair sample. It poses no risk to you or your baby. However, it’s important to remember that results should be used as a guideline for dietary and lifestyle choices, not as a substitute for medical advice. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider before making significant changes to your diet while pregnant or if you have a medical condition or with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition and/or medical symptoms.

Allergy (IgE) Blood Test Yes, certain medications can affect the results of an IgE allergy test. For example, antihistamines, steroids, or immune-suppressing drugs may interfere with your body’s natural allergic response and impact accuracy. If you are taking medication, always consult with your healthcare provider before completing the test. They can advise whether you should pause medication and, if so, for how long. Intolerance (IgG) Blood Test Medications generally do not affect IgG intolerance testing. However, if you are on long-term immunosuppressive therapy or steroid treatment, your antibody levels may be reduced, which could influence results. For the most accurate outcome, we recommend discussing your medications with your healthcare provider before testing. Bioresonance Sensitivity Test (Hair Sample) Medications do not impact bioresonance testing in the same way as blood tests. Because bioresonance analyses the energetic frequency of a hair sample, medications present in the body at the time of collection should not alter the reading. That said, results should always be viewed as a guideline to support your wellness journey, not a medical diagnosis.

Once your sample arrives at our lab, results are usually ready within 3–5 working days. We’ll send you an email and SMS when your sample is booked in, and another email notification as soon as your results are available.

Bioresonance testing looks at the energetic frequencies of a hair sample to identify potential imbalances. It does not measure immune antibodies or diagnose allergies. For this reason, a confirmed allergy may not appear in your bioresonance results. You should still avoid allergens identified by a medical professional, regardless of your sensitivity results.
