Order your test online and activate it using the unique redemption number provided in your activation email.
Take your sample at homeTake your hair sample using our easy to follow instructions. We don't send out a physical kit, our digital sample submission method is environmentally friendly and allow us to reduce our footprint.
Send your sample to our laboratoryPackage and send your sample to our fully accredited laboratory using the address within your activation email. Be sure to include the correct postage where applicable.
Receive your resultsYou will be notified by email as soon as your results are ready, within 3-5 working days from the laboratory receiving your sample. (48 hours if you’ve upgrade to our ‘fast tracked’ service.)

What is Bioresonance Hair testing?
Bioresonance therapy is one of a number of procedures including homeopathy, acupuncture and other naturopathic procedures within the area of empirical healing.
Bioresonance therapy was invented in Germany in 1977 by Franz Morell and his son-in-law, engineer Erich Rasche.
The concept of bioresonance is that the machine’s electromagnetic waves create a resonance in our body’s cells which, in turn, brings about the desired effects.
BioResonance is a safe and gentle, non-invasive alternative therapeutic technique designed on the premise that all particles of matter generate electromagnetic energy.
Are the tests painful?
No, our tests are designed to be simple and minimally invasive. Hair sample tests only require a few strands of hair, which can be gently plucked or trimmed close to the root. There’s no discomfort involved, and no needles or blood are required. • B lood sample tests use a small, easy-to-use lancet for a quick finger prick. Most people describe the sensation as a brief pinch or pressure that lasts just a moment. It’s a safe, straightforward process that you can do at home with clear instructions provided. We’ve made every effort to ensure our testing methods are as comfortable and user-friendly as possible.
My hair is dyed, will this affect the result?
This will not have any effect on the results.
Do you have to cut the hair or pull it out?
You do not have to cut hair, it can be pulled out from the root.
Can I take the test if I’m pregnant?
Optimum nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding is vital for mother and child. To reduce any possible risk to the mother or baby, it is our protocol not to offer tests, advice or lifestyle changes during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.
